• Physical Books: We can only cancel orders for physical copies if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once a book has been shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Policy.
• Digital Content: Because Ebooks and digital downloads are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
• Refund Processing: If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect on your statement.
