I just finished Times Five, and I felt compelled to reach out.
The way you portrayed Dissociative Identity Disorder with such clarity and humanity really stood out.
The balance between storytelling and education felt intentional and deeply authentic. The emotional depth across the five perspectives made the healing journey feel real not dramatized, but lived.
As a fellow author, I respect the level of care and understanding that takes.
No pitch just genuine appreciation. I’d love to stay connected and see what you create next!

This brilliant and easy to read novel isn’t about one person’s attempt to manage a mental ‘illness’. It’s about 5 people with their own lives, goals, experiences, and hardships trying to manage sharing a beautiful body, knowing when they’re needed, and working as a team to strengthen the whole.
It goes into detail for every character with equal importance, highlighting what makes each of them a unique individual worthy of personhood on their own, and how they contribute to the “host body’s” survival. It is a fascinating new angle on a concept that has been… mistreated and misrepresented throughout history and even in the modern age.
The story of what a person can accomplish if they have actual backup.
The story of the strength of a team versus the strength of an individual.
The story of nightmares and how not to be defined by them.
The story of taking drastic measures to conquer impossible circumstances.
To say the least, a story worth reading. I am a scifi fanatic, and read fantasy occasionally. Books about anything like this do not usually interest me. I read the whole thing in 2 days. When someone who doesn’t like a genre reads a book in that genre in 2 days, there is no greater endorsement.

I wanted to reach out because Times Five genuinely stood out to me. Among the many contemporary novels we encounter, Times Five immediately distinguished itself through its emotionally rich exploration of human connection, resilience, and healing.
Your book immediately distinguished itself from many of the titles I review because of its thoughtful approach to bringing together characters from vastly different backgrounds, life stages, and personal struggles into a shared journey of transformation.
What impressed me most was the idea that a devastating trauma becomes the catalyst for a collective rescue mission, turning separate stories into a powerful narrative about courage, support, and renewal. It is exactly the kind of novel that invites readers to reflect on the strength that can emerge from community during life’s most difficult moments.
